MU62DLR
Improve the sewing process due to the different elasticity of the left and right fabrics, while reducing the burden on the operators and enhancing adaptability. Not only can it reduce the occurrence of defects but also reflect the advantage of cost reduction. Equipped with left-right independent differential adjustment linkages, it allows for individual adjustments of the most suitable feed amounts for the left and right differential according to the needs, effortlessly handling various fabrics and obtaining aesthetically pleasing sewing lines.
The first dial is used to adjust the left front differential feed dog, while the second dial can adjust the right front differential feed dog. Users can easily correct the feed ratio between the two gears with one hand, making it convenient and easy to use.
If you want to adjust the length of the sewing stitch, you can do it by the adjustment plate which setting outside of machine. When the machine is in the process of sewing, the adjustment of the thickness and fine pitch can be achieved.
